Swedish Massage
Swedish massage are long, flowing massage stroke, such as effleurage (light touch), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction, and vibration. It is usuallly the first technique choice of most masage therapists. It helps increase circulation, relax muscles, decrease stress, and reduce pain, joint stiffness and inflamation.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage focuses on realigning the deeper muscles and connective tissues. Ideally designed for chronic tension and restriction, the structures are manipulated with slower, concentrated and deeper pressure massage strokes. It is often done with very little or no oil. Some clients may experience soreness within a day or two after treatment.

Structural Myofascial Therapy
Fascia is the thin connective tissue that surround muscles, organs and bones. Fascial adhesions or restrictions can cause skeletal repositioning, affecting posture and movement of the body. Structural myofascial therapy helps restore the body's natural balance, alignment, length and ease by deep, slow fascial techniques.

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage is specifically designed to help alleviate the pain and discomfort, and decrease swelling which may be experienced during pregnancy. Necessary precautions are discussed and taken into account during each treatment. Pregnancy Massage is ideal during the second and third trimesters.
